The A08 pressure transmitter is based on a thin-film pressure sensor and is available with measurement ranges up to 0-1000bar. With an all-stainless-steel housing and ingress rating to IP67, the rugged yet low-cost A08 pressure transmitter is ideal for measurement applications ranging from hydraulic systems to research and development laboratories and process control.
The sensor is available with a choice of standard pressure ranges between 0-20 and 0-1000bar, and non-standard ranges can be supplied at no extra cost. In all cases, linearity is better than 0.5% full scale, with full-scale pressure hysteresis and repeatability of better than 0.1%.
Mounting and installation is simple. Output is via a standard M12 connector, with a choice of 4.20mA current or 0-10V DC voltage signal. The pressure connection is via a G1/4 or 1/4NPT thread as standard, with other types available on request.
All electrical connections are protected against reverse polarity and short circuits, and the sensor meets the requirements of EN50081-1/2 for electromagnetic compatibility.
The A08 pressure transmitter is suitable for use in hostile operating environments. In addition to its standard all-welded rugged construction, versions are available for operation at elevated temperatures, with the HT version capable of operation with media temperatures up to 125C and ambient temperatures up to 110C.
